Real Africa, Real Asia and Real Americas are the travel brands of conservation charity Explorers Against Extinction. They are run by small UK-based company Real World Travel & Conservation.
Real World was first established in 2000. Over the years, its structure has changed. Today it is the charity which takes centre stage, promoting responsible travel as one of many activities to raise awareness about threats to wildlife and wild spaces, and to fund frontline conservation. All the profit from commercial activities including travel supports the running of the charity and enables tree-planting through the Carbon for Conservation scheme.
